The POWERLIFTING Training Program is a 12-week program broken down into 3 separate training cycles; ALPHA, BRAVO, and CHARLIE.

 

The ALPHA Phase is a 3-week, 3-day split aimed at setting up the trainee to handle the upcoming training blocks beginning with a Lower Body (LB) Squat based day, an Upper Body (UB) Press based day and a LB Deadlift based day.

 

The BRAVO Phase is a 6-week, 4-day split with an emphasis on Dynamic Effort movements on Day 1 & 2 and a Max Effort emphasis on Day 3 & 4.

 

The CHARLIE Phase is the culminating phase in which the trainee will attempt to set new Personal Bests in the Big-3 lifts of Powerlifting: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
